This Stevens manufactured early variation receiver is for the early model 235 hammer double shotgun and is in very good condition exhibiting a brownish gray patina with light wear and traces of original case colors in protected areas. This is the only part on the model 235 hammer double shotgun that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
